Add natural colour and texture to your aquascape with Cryptocoryne petchii, a hardy and attractive freshwater aquarium plant perfect for beginners and experienced aquascapers alike. Supplied in a convenient potted format, this slow-growing Crypt develops beautiful olive-green to bronze leaves with gently ruffled edges, making it an excellent choice for creating depth and contrast in planted aquariums.
Cryptocoryne petchii thrives in a wide range of aquarium conditions and is ideal for low-tech planted tanks. Once established, it spreads naturally through runners, gradually forming attractive clusters.
Carefully remove the pot and rock wool from around the roots before planting. Position the roots beneath the substrate while ensuring the crown of the plant remains above the gravel or soil.
